Hi Cassandra,

Thanks for including your file! We're seeing a problem in Storyline 360 where a zoom region set to begin when the timeline starts doesn't work correctly, and it looks like that bug is causing trouble in your course.

This issue is a real priority for us, and our team is working on a fix. For now, you can get around this bug by moving the start of the zoom region to 0.25 seconds on the timeline.

I'm sorry this is causing you frustration, and we'll be sure to let you know as soon as the fix is released.

    Hi Alyssa, 

    thank you so much for getting back in touch. Your response is refreshing as I thought I was loosing my mind.  I'm glad to know that I'm not. I will inform my stakeholders.  Any approximate timeframe for the new release for bug fixes? Thanks again Alyssa!
