I tried to publish a file to LMS but the final "Publish" button was hidden at the bottom of the page. What is the problem?

Sounds like a browser scaling or screen-size issue. Try zooming out or scrolling to the very bottom of the page—the Publish button may simply be off-screen. If that doesn’t help, try another browser.
I've only seen that when the screen resolution was very low. Can you increase it, or use an external monitor? (I'm visualizing a laptop/MS Surface.)
