Interactive Storyline in Rise

Good morning :)
I need your help with something that seems simple to me, but I can't solve it!!!
I'm developing a course in Rise and I decided to do an activity in Storyline and insert it into Rise. So far so good.
I loaded the activity into review360, but when it loads into the course, it starts with this black screen. You need to click play to start. I want it to start automatically..... 

I've done other activities in other courses that start automatically..... I don't understand why this is happening in this one....

Help pleaseeeeee

    Modern browsers are typically set to prevent media (audio and video) from playing automatically. Instead, they require the user to click something to indicate that they want to play the media. 

    Remove all media from the first slide, and the SL block should appear without the big Play button.
