Have a look at slide 1.1 in the attached. I corrected the trigger order for the Submit button so that the interaction is submitted AFTER either the correct or incorrect button have been set to selected. Also, I fixed the trigger for the incorrect option to be executed when ANY (using OR, not AND) of the correct answers is not selected.
