Invalid Embed Code

Hi there! I was getting the invalid embed code my the Rise 360 course and found this article about it: https://access.articulate.com/support/article/Rise-How-to-Fix-Invalid-Embed-Code

I tried adding <iframe> at the opening and closing, which was something I noticed that was missing in the code I got from the platform I want to embed in my lesson (called Guideflow - here are the embed articles they provide). Although the platform is accepting the code now, I get a blank view. Not sure if you could help me, as I'm not an expert in this kind of code.

I also tried the security checker recommended here, and it's all good.

I already contacted the Guideflow team, and they said the embed is working properly.

    Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes Community! I appreciate you sharing what you've tried so far. I can confirm that Guideflow is not included in the list of Embedly-supported content providers, so I'm curious to learn more! 

    • You mentioned that you inserted <iframe> at the start and end of the code. I can confirm you do need to include <iframe src="URL"></iframe>  for it to be read correctly. Simply replace the URL with the content you'd like to embed from Guideflow.
      • Do you have this setup in place for your iframe?

     

    • I see on Guideflow's support page that you must enable public access prior to sharing.
      • Have you gone ahead and made this content public?

     

    If you are still experiencing a blank view, please share the complete iframe code in this thread so we can confirm your setup and see if we are experiencing the same behavior.

      Hello LucianaPiazza​ ! Thank you so much for your help. I ended up creating a ticket to the Articulate team, and it looks like I had an iframe code within another iframe code, which Rise 360 does not support. The team provided me with a shorter version of the code that worked 🙌
