Hi Dean! Can you give us more information on what you need? Did you create a course in Rise and are you having trouble uploading it to your site?

You can find your website's IP address by using tools like Ping or DNS Checker. Just enter your domain name, and it’ll show the current IP. Keep in mind it might change if you're using a service like Cloudflare or shared hosting.

To find your website’s IP, run ping yourdomain.com in Command Prompt or use an online lookup tool like WhatIsMyDNS.net. But remember: if you're using a CDN (e.g., Cloudflare), the IP shown will often be theirs not your actual server.
If you're looking for more control especially for whitelisting or troubleshooting consider using ipv6 proxies. LightningProxies provides IPv6 proxies with rich subnet diversity (such as 2 × /29 subnets), global coverage across 20+ countries, unlimited bandwidth and threads, static or rotating sessions, HTTP & SOCKS5 support, IP whitelisting, and ~99.9% uptime.
