Review 360 updating reviewers email address
Hey Gang, I enjoy using Review 360 but one of my reviewers shared that he inserted his wife's personal email address instead of his own company email. He does not see anyway to change it now.
I thought maybe as the content publisher and the one who opened up this SL360 project for review, that I could change this email address, but I don't see that option anywhere. Is this possible? Can a reviewer do this and it so how?

Good question! Review 360 doesn’t currently offer a way to change a reviewer’s email address on an existing comment thread or review link. Each comment is tied to the email that was originally used when the person first joined the review.
If your reviewer wants to use the correct address, the best option is to have them open the review link again in a private or incognito browser window and sign in with their company email. That will create a new reviewer profile under the correct address.
As the content owner, you can’t edit reviewer emails or merge profiles, but you can delete comments that were left under the incorrect email if you’d like to clean up the thread. The old comments will then be removed, while the reviewer can continue posting under their correct address.
