Articulate Rise 360 Website Down
Starting around 2:00 PM CST on March 6, 2024, I began receiving the following error message when attempting to access the Articulate Rise 360 website, "504 Gateway Time-out."
As I make this post at 2:25 CST, the 360.articulate.com website is not loading at all.

So sorry for the trouble when loading Rise 360!
Our engineering team is aware of this issue and is currently working on a fix! We'll update this discussion once everything is up and running again. In the meantime, if you would like to monitor the progress, please bookmark our status page.

Same here, How is this possible for this length of time!? Our whole team can't access our courses .

I’m so sorry for the trouble! Rise 360 and other Articulate products have experienced some technical issues recently, and our team has identified the issue!
We’re pushing out a fix and will be monitoring it. We’ll continue to share updates on our status page, articulatestatus.com, and you can subscribe there to stay informed! Once we’re back up and running fully, we’ll also share an update within E-Learning Heroes as well.
