Developing Articulate 360 websites is one of my specialties

Are there any website builders/contractors in Perth (WA, Australia) who are skilled in Articulate 360? Is it possible to get someone like this on board?

We are developing an interactive educational website for primary school children as part of a not-for-profit project. It's been a few weeks since I purchased Articulate 360 software and completed an online training course. Ariculate-experienced contractors could build the website faster now that we are considering hiring them. My problem is that I don't know what to do or who to ask.
