Is it possible to ask for an extension on the free trial to finish a portfolio project?
So, as I'm trying to break into the ID world, I'm pushing Storyline 360 to its limits by building a short, decision-based RPG (a full game, not just a minigame) as a portfolio piece. I got the free trial and I'm kinda running out of time with it.
Would it be possible to ask for a small extension? I tried to contact the sales team (or at least I think I did), but I cannot find my request nor have I received anything...
So, this is basically a cry for help. Could someone help me with that?

I'm not seeing any sales cases listed under your Articulate ID. No worries! Our sales team is always happy to review a user's account and determine if an Articulate 360 trial extension can be granted. However, that process can only begin on or after the date the trial ends.
I see that your trial is set to expire on 12/19/2025. On that date, I suggest contacting our sales team so they can assist. You can connect with them directly by sending an e-mail to: sales@articulate.com.
