Is it possible to show the timer related to the quiz(questions) with a variable?

Thanks for the additional information. There isn't a way to store the quiz time to a custom variable in Storyline 360. If you're interested in building your own custom timer, you may find the elapsed time variables in Storyline 360 helpful.
