Is the playback speed feature within the video control only for Review 360?

Hi, 

This is Seonah. I was wondering why the playback speed feature within the video control does not work (I can't click on i.e.'x1.25')? Does this only work on Review 360?

    Hi Seonah, 

    I can confirm that the playback speed feature in the video controls of a video works for all publishing formats. Here's a sample video with the video controls enabled in a project that is published for LMS distribution:

    I can confirm that I was able to increase the speed for the video in the link. I'd like to ask a few questions to help clarify your experience: 

    • Are you encountering the behavior for all videos that you add to a Storyline 360 project? 
    • Does the playback speed feature work for you in preview mode? 
    • Have you tried using different browsers to view your published course? 

    If you're willing, please upload a copy of the affected video here or in private by opening a support case so we can try to replicate the behavior and see what's going on.
