Is there a way to change the cover page -Course- title font and color?

Hi,    Is there a way to change the cover page font color and type in Rise?   Thanks

UPDATE:  My colleague came across a setting in the Theme | Cover Page options.  If you click Edit beside the Course Image, then click Overlay, you can change the Dark to Light at 0%.  This resolved my issue to have a dark font on a light course image background.
