Hi RussAmundsen screen readers generally offer keyboard shortcuts to list all links on a page. Using JAWS I can hit insert + F3 and then use the appropriate option to list links. I haven't experienced issues with links and a screen reader before (JAWS 2024 and 2025). As well as announcing visited, the text within the link is also announced for me. I don't remember an issue with NVDA but will try again today.
