Is there a way to flip the order of the slide numbers on the labels?

Hi everyone! I'm running into an issue with the labels on a Rise course, hopefully someone could think of a workaround. 

When translating the labels of a Rise course into Indian languages the order of the slide number and slide total shifts:

Source: slide X of Y

Translation: Y નો પાઠ X

Unfortunately since the 4 and 7 are fixed values that can't be moved around in the label configuration menu I can't place the translations in the correct order! I hope someone has something in mind.
