In storyline, we used to automatically launch the audio each time the learner change the slide.

No audio autoplay option in Rise is a deal breaker for me as well. I am on a 360 trial to test out whether this will be a viable option for responsive elearning, and it looks like it will not work for the standards expected by my clients. REALLY disappointed.
