Issue - Publishing to LMS from Rise not working

Myself and my colleague are having issues publishing from Rise.
I set a course to publish twice yesterday and didn't receive the email to say it had completed. I have tried again this...
Mine is working fine, are there any plug-ins or external assets in your course that could cause an issue?
