Issue playing courses with video on Mac OS Ventura with Safari

I'm just wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue. We are currently triaging an issue with courses that contain video (MP4) - basically, if a user is on Mac OS Ventura 13.2.1, us...
I am having the same issue and this project is actually for Apple. They only use Safari. Not good. It is a large course containing small videos. Version 3.73.29831.0 .
