Issue playing training file in SharePoint online

We just migrated to SharePoint Online and are having issues with our newly created Articulate files.  We tried to convert the html file to an aspx file, so that the file could be launched from the SharePoint site.  However, we get this error message:  Error: Content launched outside of a supported LMS enviroment.

Is there a way to resolve this?  We haven't had an issue with Articulate files in the past.

Hi all, was there a resolution on this? I am experiencing a similar issue with SharePoint where Articulate Packages have been hosted without issue previously but since this year when we tried to host on SharePoint we received the same error message as Michelle.

      • Hi rsm92,

Sorry to hear you're also having trouble launching Articulate content in SharePoint LMS.

This error can occur when a course is launched in a new window or browser outside of your LMS environment.

We recently added a new setting when publishing from Rise 360 to LMS called 'Only Load in LMS'. This option should be toggled 'OFF' if you require course content to be launched and viewed in windows outside of an LMS environment.

        • Here's a quick Peek showing how to access the setting when publishing a SCORM package.

To resolve the SharePoint error, please try republishing your course, but this time toggle that setting to 'OFF'.

Let me know how it goes!
