Issue while creating an elearn via ppt
This is with regards to below articulate issue that I am facing while creating elearn. If anyone can help
- While uploading a ppt to create an elearn there is a pop up that
appears saying a particular font is unavailable in the articulate, wherein
no such font is used in the ppt
- When ppt is loaded , a few content goes missing
- Facing the alignment issue , even though the ppt is been prepared in
the same format as we have used in preparing earlier elearns.
- While i am trying to preview the entire elearn, it just shows white
screen
Hi Pooja, sometimes there will be graphics on a slide that become corrupt and prevent the rest of the content from displaying on that slide. It's a manual task to try deleting items from the slide to see if you can find the offending item(s).

When you import PowerPoint slides into Storyline 360, most PowerPoint and Presenter features will work as expected in Storyline, but some have different behavior and some aren't supported. Here are some tips for importing PPT slides. That article also shares what is and isn't supported. If the supported features are still not working for you, please reach out to our support team.
