Issue with Dials interactions

Hi,

We are currently experiencing an issue for some of our users where they are unable to turn a dial on an interactive slide. This is very strange as the modules are over 3 years old now and we have never had any complaints about them until the last 3-4 weeks. This is happening on three different modules which are using a dial as an interactive component. We are using the latest version of Articulate Storyline 360, also have the latest version of Chrome. It is not affecting all users, to get around it the user needs to close the module down and open it again, as it is hosted on our LMS their position is bookmarked and they are taken back to where they were. However some users are still stuck with the dial not working. 

When you enter the slide the dial is disabled and a voice over is played. The dial becomes active at the end of the voice over. Just wondering if anyone else has had any recent issues to what we are experiencing.
