Issue with Microphone configuration - preventing recording
I use my microphone for other applications like skype which work fine.
Each time I select Peek - I press record - i get an error message:
There was a problem connecting to your microphone. Please make sure it is installed correctly and not in use by another application. Then try again.
I have turned off the microphone in Peek & i still get this message.
Can someone please help? Thanks

Hi is there a resolution to this issue yet? The peak repair description doesn't seem to have anything in common with what I can see on my laptop. Is it out of date because I genuinely can't action a single step.
Hello MalcolmArmstron! I'm happy to help! Can you share a bit more about what you're seeing on your end? Are you not seeing a microphone available to select when using Peek?
