Issue with Rise 360
Hi everyone, in my company, we work with a vendor that builds our Rise modules. We produce courses in both English and French, so we have Rise builds in both languages. We ask our vendor to assemble the Rise builds by hiding the author, and the French Rise builds should have the labels in French pre-selected.
When the vendor sends me the modules in French, by email, I click on the email link and the Rise module/lesson is automatically uploaded in my web-based Rise 360 account. I can then download them in SCORM format and upload them in our LMS. Until then everything good. The Rise builds are not showing the author and have the labels in French.
But when I open the file in my Rise 360 account to edit its content, the author appears (me), and the labels are set to English… Why is that? Am I doing something wrong?
Because then I have to edit maybe 50 modules by hiding the author and use the settings and change the labels to French. Takes a long time.
Thanks :)

Hi Raymond,
We've experienced exactly the same things as you when receiving a Rise course developed by an external vendor. The labels revert to English when a course is sent by email, and the author is visible.
You are not doing anything wrong.
