Issue with "Storyline block" in Rise 360

Hello,

I'm trying to add a Storyline block in Rise 360. When I click it to select something from the Review 360 tool, it shows no publications and indications that I need to publish to Review tool from the Storyline 360 version 3.9.13488.0 or later (October 5, 2017 or later).
I did update my storyline, but the latest version is 3.81.31200.0 from November 7, 2023 . https://articulate.com/support/article/Articulate-Storyline-360-Version-History

How is this possible and what can be done to resolve this?

    Hi there, Tal!

    I understand that when you're trying to add a Storyline block in Rise, it shows that you need to publish from a certain Storyline version.

    Please try these steps:

    1. Open your Storyline file.
    2. Republish to Review 360
    3. Go to Rise and add the course through the Storyline block
