Issues with Action Fine Tuning
I have been using Storyline 360 for a few weeks now, and have not been having any issues using Action Fine Tuning on individual slides to refine the bits of video included. Except in the last week, ...
Confirming I've also experienced this issue with copy/pasted slides.
- If I insert the recording again from SLIDES menu > Record Screen > Insert recording, the frames are no longer showing as 00 to 00.
- Dragging and dropping the same slides in Story view (instead of copy/pasting slides) does not result in the 00 to 00 issue.

SL update didn't work for me but your suggestion of drag-and-dropping works.
