Issues with stacking order Master slide

Hi There, since the March updates I have issues in my "template". The issue is tht my title bar and Nav buttons are on separate layers of the master slide, and suddenly the nav buttons hald dissapear behind the title bar after I click to go to a previous slide .

I read from my AI tool that Storyline has inserted a new stacking logic, especially after clickiing on "previous". 

I've tried changing the order of the master slide layers, changing the timing of layers. etc.etc. But I have not found an answer to this issue. Mostly I was wondering if more people are experiencing "stacking" issue  since the march updates, especially in the context of using different master slide layers in combination with clicking to to to a previous slide.

    I don't have much to offer than curiosity. Many years I successfully used master slide layers to create a "universal" nav bar that the learner used to navigate around a course like a sandbox, so I'm wondering how that would be different now with these updates.

    Happy to take a look at a project file if you're willing to share. Your LLM's use of the expression "more strictly" is interesting and I do want to learn more.
