I'm creating my own button by using icon and shape in Storyline, but I'm having some serious alignment problem.
Everything looks fine on the slide, however when I try to Preview or Publish, the alignment is slightly off, as show in the picture.
Does anyone have the same issue, and do you know how to fix it ?

That is probably an artifact from how the browser renders the graphics. Shapes are usually vectors, and its not uncommon for vectors drawn in one application to render differently in browsers.
If you want it to remain exactly as you have drawn it, you may have to export your creation as an image (one for each state) and use that to display on your slide. You can select all of the items in your button, right click on the selection, and then choose export as picture. Use that picture as your finished product.
Note, you should make your original bigger than your final desired size (150% to 200%) so it can be reasonably scaled without becoming fuzzy. Test it to verify it looks good when published.
