Jaws now following defined focus order for radio buttons

Jaws not following defined Focus Order for Radio Buttons.

Desired order defined (see image): left to right, top to bottom: text to radio 1 to text to radio 2.

Current behavior: text to radio button 1 to radio button 1.

Any suggestions on why Jaws is not reading it in the correct order.
