Jittery videos, black border lines in Chrome

This is also occurring for me. I export videos from Adobe Premiere and use a white background to match the color in StoryLine. However no matter what I do my videos seem to have a thin black border. Even if I oversize them to have the video edges outside the slide, I still get them.

Thank you for letting us know that you're experiencing this as well! Are you finding this happens with all videos that you import into Storyline 360 or just the ones from Adobe Premiere?
