Jump to time not working on other layers

Thanks Walt! That absolutely makes sense to me, and I've had issues before with getting functions to work across layers. However, the trigger box asks which layer the cue point or time stamp is on, which implies that it should work across layers.

It *does* work across layers, but Storyline limits the target time to the length of the timeline of the layer the trigger is on. So the solution is to increase the length of the layer the trigger is on. I hope this helps someone. If it does, please file a feature request to fix this unexpected limit, or add something in the UI to explain it.
