Jumping to topics in a gated module
Hi,
I have a Storyline360 module uploaded to an LMS for a client. The course is gated (seekbar is locked until after slide completion and menu is Restricted). The completion score to the LMS is based on passing an assessment at the end.
The client would like for their learners to be able to go back to the module after completing it and jump around between menu topics. Right now, when I re-open the course, I am prompted to Resume or Restart. Resume brings me to last page (a certificate) and Restarts starts it over, with the restrictions turned on.
How can I set this up in Storyline to allow for this? Can I?

If it is set to restricted the user should be able to jump back on the menu
The menu is set to Restricted, but unfortunately it's not working that way. Not sure if there's another setting? Thanks.
Can you go back on the menu before you resume?
After completing the module and opening it back up, I chose "Restart" instead of "Resume." I wonder if I should remove the Restart button altogether or add a comment to click Resume after completing to jump around between topics.
Ah! Restart will reload the menu. A message should help.

MicheleMicha : I suggest you set the course to Always resume.
Then, on the last page, add a note that the user can use the Menu to review content, as desired.
Because they've already viewed the content, they should be able to access any previously viewed slide on the Menu.
- Caveat: I have heard that some LMS's don't allow users to resume after they exit a completed course. So check with your LMS folks to see if that's a problem.
