Can anyone tell me the secret of getting the TTS function as a keyboard shortcut? Or Add to the Quick Access Toolbar?

Hi KathleenSaunder​ I think if you do the following key combination:
Keys are selected separately (not case sensitive): ALT N MA
ALT = Shows and activates shortcuts on ribbon
N = Open Insert tab on ribbon
MA = Open AI Audio dialogue
