Knowledge Check Questions

Hi there, I am trying to use knowledge checks for ways to self-assess where one is at so there should be no right or wrong answer. Is there a way for the knowledge check to not have a correct answer...

We're tracking requests for a survey block in Rise 360. Thanks for sharing your thoughts! We'll keep you posted if this feature becomes available.

I'm just chiming in here to cast my vote in favor of adding a survey-style block to Rise 360! 

I've browsed several threads and this appears to be [one of] the newest. Is there any update on whether or not this feature is on the road map?
