Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue with your review slide.
Here is some information about customizing feedback theme colors for icons and review banners. Feedback theme colors currently aren't available for correct and incorrect feedback layers. To change the color of the icons on those layers, use the feedback master.
Are you willing to share your file with us here or privately in a support case so we can investigate further? We will delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete.
