Knowledge Check without feedback

Is there a way to have a Knowledge Check block that does not display correct/incorrect ? I know the Quiz blocks can, but I need to use a Knowledge Check block for this instance. It's more of a sur...

Hi Eric! What's the status on this 'Survey Knowledge Check Block' that allows for a reflection response rather than a correct/incorrect response?

    I just wanted to add my voice to the mix as someone who also was hoping for this 2 years ago, along with larger character limits for scenarios, and more image with text block options. :)
