Knowledge Checks that require Multiple correct and incorrect feedback

I think you are talking about having a different feedback response for each "answer".
- A - the correct answer - here's why
- B - Not quite correct, here's why
- C - Not quite correct, here's why
- D - Completely wrong, here's why
In that case, I've built the slides from the ground up, not using SL's pre-built question slides. That way I could add triggers that would show different layers with the appropriate feedback, depending on which the learner chose.
I've also built a quiz that used the default question format, and then the following slide had the why each question was good or bad. you can see an example of it here.
