Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the font? I've noticed similar issues when the font isn't installed locally (typically the C: drive).
If reinstalling the font doesn't work, I'd like our Support Engineers to step in and look at your project. You can share the .story file with their team directly in a support case.
