Labeled Graphic clicking sequence

I've created a labeled graphic, using numbers as the markers. The content is correctly sequenced in the left-hand pane. Is there any way to block the learner from clicking on the markers randomly? I want them to be sure to read the content in the correct sequence 1 to 8.
