Language selection screen doesn't reappear

I'm happy to provide some context here!
Previously, learners were prompted to choose a language each time they reopened a course. Now, if a learner relaunches the course using the same email address or account, they won't see the language selection screen again. Instead, the course remembers their previous session and takes them back to where they left off.
If the learner launches the course with a different email address or account, they'll see the language selection screen again, and the course will start from the beginning.
