Last Quiz slide will not advance to results slide

I'm pretty sure it is not the variable as I have used that in several other projects with no issues. What is different about this project to all my others is the use of the menu slide and having three assessments in separate scenes. I have adjusted the variables to ensure they work independently to ensure the results are accurate but have not come across this problem before. I disabled the identified variable but it made no difference to how the project performed. Additionally, that same variable is used on the other two quizzes and is not causing any problems there.
Any other suggestions as to what may be causing the problem.
