last slide doesn't show up in menu
Hi-
The last slide in a course which is the "submit results" slide does not show up in the menu when I view it in the player or when I publish it to Review 360. I have tried:
resetting the men...

Here's a follow-up tip: To ensure users don't mess up the quiz by jumping to the Results, I suggest that you hide the built-in Menu on the Question slides. Here's how to do that:
- Open the Slide Properties. (You can do this for each question. Or go to STORY VIEW, select all the questions, and then work with the Slide Properties panel, which appears in the lower right.)
- In the Player features dropdown, select "Custom for the selected slides."
- Deselect the Menu checkbox.
