It'd be virtually impossible (especially from a business standpoint) for Articulate to provide all of the characters that people request. There are simply too many possible variations: gender, ethnicity, age, clothing/uniform, pose...

The more specific the requirements for a certain type of character, the more likely it is that you'll need to pay a stock-photo agency. Or hire a model and photographer to get the exact images you want. 

Or, nowadays, you can also try to generate the image(s) you need with an AI tool.
