Layer properties not working
I'm using a freeform activity and the layers in that activity are not allowing access to their properties panel. I'm not sure if this is related to an updated, or a bug, or both, but it always worke...

Your guide helped. Just a note, I re-enabled my second monitor and dragged SL360 onto it. I was then unable to edit the layer properties again. Dragging back to the first monitor did not re-enable it either.
