Layers and Base Slide animation
I have a simple org chart storyline consisting of a base layer with hotspots and an animated banner. This banner, “Welcome to the Team” flies onto the screen. The learner can click a team member via a hotspot to access a layer containing the team member's information. My problem is when the learner clicks the customized button to return back to the base layer to select another team member, the “Welcome banner” animates again. Is there a way to prevent the animation from continuing when the learner returns back to the base layer?

You can prevent the "Welcome banner" from animating again using a combination of variables and triggers, but we'll first need to see how you're animating your banner to know precisely how to configure it so that the animation occurs only once. One setting I'll check is whether you're redirecting your learners away from the slide during the interaction. Typically, entrance animations should only occur once as long as learners don't leave the slide.
