Learner marked incorrectly as "Successful" when failing a knowledge check

Does anyone have an issue where the Learner is marked as "Successful" even though they have failed the knowledge check at the end for a Rise360 (using Saba Cloud)? LMS Publishing settings from the...

Hi RRV Training,

Thanks for reaching out! 

  • I can see the correct score in the progress tab is listed as 50 in Saba. Do you receive additional information if you click on the VIEW RESULTS button? 
  • What publishing setting are you currently using? (LMS settings in Rise 360 are: SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, AICC, xAPI, cmi5)

Additionally, I recommend contacting your LMS administrator to get clarification on what data the Successful marker is pulling from.
