Length of Storyline video is publishing longer than the actual video
My storyline project is under 5 min long, however, when I publish it the video runs almost 2 hours. How do I fix this? I have already gone in and adjusted timing, etc. and the actual slide is correct in the time it has listed.

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue. I observed that different machine specifications take different amounts of time to finish publishing a project to video. I'll be happy to test your project file to observe how long it takes and also to see if there's a way to improve the publishing times. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case for testing? We'll delete it when we're done!
I am having the same issue. The length of all my videos match the longest video in the group that was uploaded. They all play fine until the upload process happens. What was the fix on this?
