i want to duplicate my course and use it as a demo but I need the restrictions lifted. I can't remember how thanks

Happy to help! You can allow learners to move freely within your Rise 360 course by turning off the Restrict Navigation option. With your course in Edit mode, click the Themes button as shown below.
Click Navigation, then toggle the Restrict Navigation option off.
