Limit to reviewers in Review
We are having an issue where if more than a few folks are given the 'share' link to review a module, and they use it at the same time, it kicks them out. Is there a limit on concurrent access? i.e. ...

Hello. This exact scenario that Elizabeth described in the post happened to my reviewers as well, just yesterday. We have four SMEs who are reviewing the module (using Review 360 link) at the same time. At some point when they were deep in the process they got kicked out at the same time, and some of their comments were not registered. Is there a guidance on this?

Hi, MehktaWaney!
It looks like Elizabeth’s issue may have come down to user error, but I don’t have the full details. I’m happy to dig into what your team is seeing.
I have a few questions to help me narrow this down.
- Is this happening across multiple Review items, or just one?
- If it's only one, it'd be helpful to test the Review link. You can upload that here or share it privately in a support case.
- Were all reviewers connected to the same network? Was there any chance of an internet interruption?
- Were the comments fully posted? If someone was typing but didn’t click Post before getting disconnected, that comment wouldn’t save.
Once I have a bit more detail, I can take a closer look to figure out what's going on.
