Limits on Microlearning Blocks
I created a microlearning course from a template, adding a few blocks as needed to include all content.
When I preview, it doesn't play all the blocks, which begs the question: is there a limit on the number of blocks in microlearning to "keep it short"?
If not, are you able to tell me what might be wrong?
Thanks for your help.

HI Lisa,
A Microlearning is essentially a Rise course with just a single lesson, so there shouldn't be a problem with the number of blocks.
Approximately how many blocks do you have?
Which blocks are not displaying? Random blocks missing, or all blocks after a certain point?

All blocks after a certain point. There was an issue with blocks that were not 'connected' not playing. Do they have to be connected to play?
Hi there, Lisa. Blocks won't need to be connected! Can we have a look at your file? Start a case with us here, and we'll see if we've got a bug that we can reproduce.

My team helped me figure it out.
I was misinterpreting what was happening but now understand how connect/disconnect affects the flow.
Thanks for your response.

Hi Ginny! So sorry you're encountering the same issue. Is your course navigation set to Continuous or Stepped?

Hi, is there a limit on the number of slides that we can create for Microlearning? I've been working on one that is meant to be a slide presentation and it doesn't want to load when I try to open it from my dashboard. I'm just wondering if it's too long... please help!
Hi Sandra! I'm sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Microlearning course.
As far as limits are concerned, there isn't a set limit to the number of blocks you can add in a Microlearning course. How many blocks did you add to your Microlearning course? I was able to create a sample course and add 50 blocks (image, video, interactive, etc.) and I'm not encountering any issues.
Microlearning was designed for bite-size learning focused on a single learning objective. I would suggest keeping your course at a manageable size. You can check out this article about 6 common questions regarding Microlearning to know more.
