Hi,
I'm a consultant based in Perth WA
I specialise in creating formal quality management systems, in-house instructional manuals or ad hoc procedures for professional or retail, specifically where staff turnover affects quality or consistency of end product or where there is a need for formal certification. I also do a lot of work in product support writing user guides and online help articles.
My systems regularly achieve ISO 9001 certification for the client with little fuss because I keep things practical and simple. I believe training shouldn't be boring and procedures don't need to be novels.
Training course development is a value add service for me. Most are onboarding or site Inductions. Development is usually PowerPoint for in-house delivery, or Storyline for remote access.
If the course matter is pretty simple in-house content I both design and develop. On the rare occasions I am involved in a more formal course, I will only do the development after an SME or ID has planned and approved content. No graphic design and all voice over work is outsourced.
